We’re looking for a vlog thumbnail specialist to join our team and design eye-catching, high-performing thumbnails that make our YouTube vlogs stand out.

Design eye-catching thumbnails optimized for CTR
Analyze performance data (click-through rates, watch-time correlation, A/B tests) and improve designs based on results.
Research and study top-performing thumbnails in the YouTube space to understand trends and psychology behind what gets clicks.
Develop multiple variations of thumbnails per video.

Proven experience designing high-performing thumbnails (vlog thumbnail portfolio required).
Knowledge of YouTube and how thumbnails impact performance.
Ability to analyze data in TubeBuddy.
A creative eye for detail combined with a fast, efficient workflow.
Passion for YouTube, vlog content, and staying on top of new trends.
